Proposal and engagement
Paid work does not begin before a proposal is presented and accepted. Technical work starts after acceptance and, when applicable, payment confirmation. Portfolio retainers follow the agreed monthly terms.
Client information
The client must provide accurate, current and sufficient information. The assessment depends on the facts and documents supplied and may change if new information arises.
Timing and follow-up
Timing shown before full review is an estimate. Follow-up takes place in the private area, by email or scheduled meeting, within the accepted scope.
Nature of information
General site content is informational and does not replace individual analysis. Only a response issued within an accepted request considers the client's specific facts.
Confidentiality and access
The private area is for the relevant client. The client must protect the reference and email used for access. The team remains bound by professional confidentiality.
Documents and payments
The client must ensure they may share uploaded documents. Payment details and receipts are used only to confirm the service and meet legal duties.
