Data we process
We may process your name, email, optional Portuguese tax number, customer type, tax topic and question, files you choose to attach, follow-up messages, payment details and meeting requests. We do not request passwords or credentials in the public form.
Purposes and legal basis
Data are used only to assess the request, prepare an assessment and proposal, provide an accepted service, communicate with you, manage payments and meetings, and comply with legal and professional duties. The basis may include pre-contractual steps, performance of the service, legal obligations and consent.
Professional confidentiality
Facts, documents and information received during professional work are handled under the applicable duty of confidentiality. Internal access is limited to those who need the information for the request.
Sharing and providers
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Data may be shared only with professionals working on the request and strictly necessary technical providers, subject to security and confidentiality duties.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for the service, legal duties and the defence of rights. We use private areas and proportionate access controls. No system is risk-free, so do not send unnecessary data.

Visits, cookies and advertising
The site keeps an aggregate visit count without identifying people. If you consent, Google Analytics may measure visits, viewed pages and submitted requests, and Google Ads may measure campaigns and improve their effectiveness.
